Creating a competitive technology research centers around the park (got a name as "technology clusters") for a productive interaction between government, business organizations, with local actors, including civil society - one of the confirmation process Eto'o. It is planned that by 2010 Canada will operate at least a dozen "clusters", buyout alone would go on a national and international markets for their innovations in commercial purposes. Such policies, aimed at motivating the innovation process in the regions at the local level is extremely important for the development of regions of Canada. We already know the "technological clusters" for the development of communication and information in the cities of Toronto and Waterloo (Ontario), the development of biotechnology in agriculture in g.Saskatun on promoting bilateral financial services in Montreal and others. In the next decade major investments planned for the development of such "technology clusters" in the provinces of Quebec (aluminum), Nova Scotia (information technology), Newfoundland (marine resources and technology), etc.
