This Thursday at the summit of EU which has passed in the Belgian capital, the important document - «the Pact about immigration» has been accepted. Country leaders of uniform Europe have agreed that henceforth they will involve for work in the Old World of the most qualified experts and will cease to start up to itself home «a social ballast». The leitmotif of the document prepared at the initiative of the president of France Nicolas Sarkozy, sounds to cynical simply: Europe «not rubber» to accept and feed all poverty of the world.
