Since April, 2nd, 2007 the consulate of Canada has changed an order of giving and terms of consideration of documents to all kinds of visas. Since this day, all statements on the visa (questionnaires) should be filled only in English or French languages. Questionnaires will not be accepted in Russian. The statement on the visa and its translation into Russian are accessible on a site of embassy of Canada.
From the same day the Canadian consulate does not accept payment by cash. At personal giving of documents to pay for statement consideration on the visa it is possible through express service "Pony-express train" or the International Organization on Migration (), having given then the check about payment together with a package of documents. Certified checks or transfers suit payment directly in consulate in Canadian dollars from the Canadian banks only.
