The destiny expecting on the historical native land ethnic Germans which after disintegration of the USSR were pulled to Germany from Russia and Kazakhstan speaks about presence of any special European way also. In the late nineties it seemed that they were well arranged: at least, their indicators of employment were up to standard of local residents. But the failure has then followed, and today ethnic Germans a little than differ by the position in Germany from other migrants, and it despite powerful legal and financial support from outside the states. Employment among the ethnic Germans living in Germany less of eight years, has fallen in comparison with 1992 almost to 20 %. This history forces to reflect that business, probably, not only in difficulties of "transition period".
