We take, for example, family migration. The Population census spent in January, 2005, has shown that in France have lodged 2,5 million men and 2,5 million women. It is result of reunion of families within decades. Struggle against abusings - such, as obviously false data about itself, marriage as service, violent marriage, fictitious training in the French high school is quite legitimate. But if to reduce a stream of migrants by some tens thousand persons a year, whether that we will return to a situation 1968 and 1975 when, according to able-bodied population census, on 150 men 100 women were necessary? A question of integration of migrants and their descendants we will compare to a question which each time when not planned increase in population was necessary to "absorb" arose: Those who was born in "bebi-boom" (as it was found out, a quarter of such newborns were born contrary to desire of parents), the repatriates, new generations of pupils and students, increase in number of elderly persons. Irresponsible would be to operate each time with arguments about admissible "a hospitality threshold". France, on the contrary, has accepted a call and has shown readiness to grow new populations. The part of my book is devoted deeper studying of this analogy: what will be, if we apply arguments which we applied to immigration to inevitable aging? «The plan of Vermeja» Rezhi Debre has developed this idea in a format of black humor, however there were American and British philosophers who have apprehended it quite seriously. In the book I speak about it, as about sounding of our demographic subconsciousness.
