The former prime minister Monitoby Howard Weed considers that the increasing urbanization leads to poverty increase in cities. Weed, now fulfilling duties of the director of the research centre of social equality at Vinzorsky university believes that many emigrants would prefer to live in less big cities and the rural centres if their diplomas admitted Canada. Now doctors and engineers from other countries are compelled to remain in cities and to work on low-wage jobs as their formation does not find realisation.
