The federal government of Canada has begun release of new cards of the resident of the country on which there will be henceforth a document period of validity. It becomes on purpose to remind the young inhabitants of the country born outside of Canada, that they can lose the rights of the citizen if will not be re-registered in state structures before achievement of 28 years.
