Higher education in Canada makes sense for many reasons. This is one of the countries whose university degrees as undergraduate and master's degree, recognized worldwide. Among the hundreds of universities and equivalent university colleges is, of course, their undisputed leader, but - paradoxically, but true! - Among Canadian universities are no outsiders. In other words, the quality of education in each of them corresponds to the highest international standards. This is largely achieved through strong government support. Indeed, the Canadian government holds the world record on investments in education, two-thirds of providing the financial needs of their high schools. Due to this the cost of higher education is more than competitive in the global context. And here we are faced with another paradox: highlighting the considerable amount of support to universities, the government has refrained from petty interference in their policies, leaving such important issues as the establishment of training programs, the direction of scientific research, scholarships for the best students at the discretion of the universities themselves.
