Two thirds of respondents (68 %) negatively concern a considerable quantity of visitors from other countries, naming it "the negative phenomenon". Especially this opinion is extended among inhabitants of Moscow and St.-Petersburg (75 %). Thus for two years the number of inhabitants of Russia which consider this phenomenon positive, was reduced from 21 % to 15 %. The number at a loss with an estimation (from 10 % to 17 %) has simultaneously increased.
